Nicole Lopez | Yoga Instructor & Business Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicole Lopez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nicole, how do you think about risk?
I think about risk and an opportunity to evolve in all aspect in life. The role of taking risk in my life and career is truly being opened hearted with the process and being truly okay with failure or success. Both are very much like Yin and Yang in life they are both needed.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is a spiritual shop along with being a yoga instructor as well as a community and social media influencer. I am mostly proud of my ability to stay committed through all the rules I am playing in life and my current excitement It’s being pregnant for the first time to my amazing baby boy Zen. How did I get to where I am today businesswise is my truly believing in myself and in all my practices and sharing my tools with the world. There was definitely different challenges and challenges never end the most difficult times, I would say he is working a corporate job as well as running my own business and showing up to the full capacity and the love I have for the practices that I share. The lesson I have learned along the way is the importance of balance and boundaries. It’s what creates a healthy lifestyle to still do what I love and have my career I would say he is working a corporate job as well as running my own business and showing up to the full capacity and the love I have for the practices that I share. The lesson I have learned along the way is the importance of balance and boundaries. It’s what creates a healthy lifestyle to still do what I love Without feeling so stressed. I’m a true believer of self love and making sure you take care of your mental wellness before anything in life. What I want The world to know about my brand and my story is that there is no impossible there’s always a possible way to get through and whatever you were trying to manifest in life. As well as having faith truly believing that my practices by transforming and effective.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If a friend was visiting the area I would want to show them the amazing museums and culture history Miami provides. And if it was a long trip I definitely would take them up north to the springs I highly recommend Juniper Springs it’s something about that spring is just filled with so much love it literally felt like an island of passion and love. I would probably take them to A small mom and pops healthy foods most likely vegan because I’m vegan and I always love inspiring people not to label themselves as in being a vegan, vegetarian or whatever else you want to call it the most importantly to have a healthy lifestyle. In my view some of the most fun and interesting exciting people and places to check out will always be in nature or somewhere close to water somewhere closer to earth and life. I’m not so much of a night owl or Party animal maybe once upon a time I was in my early 20s. But now I see the beauty of what mother provides us and how much more we can explore earth.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My inspiration and influencer in my journey has been my mistakes in life, my parents, my sister Erica. My ancestors that has passed away and connected with me on a spiritual level to guide me through my journey. My practice of Yoruba. My fiancé Victorious Pezzotti .
