**Return Policy**

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To initiate a return, please ensure your item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

**Damages and Issues**

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can address the issue. For added protection, consider adding shipping insurance to your order.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

**Exchanges**

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

**European Union 7-Day Cooling-Off Period**

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
