I’m Nicole Lopez, a mom, wellness advocate, and the heart behind this movement. This brand was born out of necessity—and built with intention.
From Lockdown to Lifeline: The Real Story Behind Our Brand ❤️
In 2020, while the world shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was navigating one of the most vulnerable times of my life:
Postpartum recovery, isolation, and physical burnout.
My body felt wrecked. My hormones were all over the place. I was exhausted, mentally and physically.
And while I was fighting to feel like myself again, I was also watching the women around me—my sisters, friends, and especially my elderly loved ones—struggle with perimenopause symptoms, chronic inflammation, anxiety, and gut health issues with little to no support.
I realized something:
We needed better.
Better nutrition. Better ingredients. Better answers.
That’s when I took control.
I began sourcing clean, powerful, plant-based ingredients. I researched ancestral remedies. I started formulating small-batch wellness products right from my kitchen—products I felt proud to give my family.
