How to Cook Vegan Organic Trio Lentil Soup

• Cook on a stovetop, using 7 1/2 cups of liquid (alkaline water or any vegetable broth of your choice, etc) to (1lb pack) cup of dry lentils mix. Be sure to use a large enough saucepan as the lentils will double or triple in size.

•Bring to a boil, cover pot and tightly, reduce heat and simmer until they are tender.

• Cooking time is typically 35-40 minutes.
