COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

KEEP WRAPPED WHILE COOKING

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Place wrapped pasteles into the boiling water.
   DO NOT remove the paper or banana leaf.
3. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer.
4. Fresh Pasteles: 45-55 minutes
   Frozen Pasteles: 60-75 minutes
5. Keep pasteles fully submerged while cooking.
6. Remove with tongs, drain, and let
   2-3 minutes.
7. Carefully unwrap and enjoy!
